Vendor Information
HOW TO BECOME A VENDOR
1. Secure your vendor space
There are 9 festival locations throughout the county. The vendor contact list can be found here: Vendor Contact List
If you are interested in being a vendor (Arts, Crafts, Handmade/Handcrafted ONLY) at The Original Festival Headquarters, in Rockville, Indiana please submit the following information via email:

Email Subject: ROCKVILLE COURTHOUSE SQUARE VENDOR FORM
Include: Contact name, Name of Business, Product/Items to be sold

NOTE: YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL 10 DAYS OF THE EVENT
2. Submit your TML directly to the Parke County Auditors Office
Everyone who is participating in the Parke County Covered Bridge Festival must complete and submit a TML to The Parke County Auditors Office. Your TML is due by September 30th, if submitted after that, there is a $50 late fee. You cannot participate in this event at any location without a TML and it must be visible at all times. Questions regarding the TML should be directed to tmlinfo@parkecounty.in.gov or by calling 765-569-3422
3. Food Vendors must contact the Parke County Health Department
All food vendors or those selling any food/drink-related products must contact the parke county health department regarding any certifications or permits needed.
