The Parke County Maple Fair

At winter’s end, Parke County maple syrup producers begin “tapping the maple trees”. Wander along county roads, discovering world famous covered bridges and exploring maple syrup camps throughout the county. Maple Fair Headquarters is located at the Parke County 4-H Fairgrounds, one mile north of Rockville, on US Highway 41. Hours are 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pancakes are served all day with whole hog sausage and delicious golden maple syrup. While there, enjoy a selection of pure maple syrup, maple syrup candy, maple cookies, homemade crafts, home baked goods, jams and jellies and much more.
